Hindustan Times display rates,
how they are set.
Display is priced per sq.cm and varies by supplement, city edition and colour mode — here is how to read the card above.
Display advertising in Hindustan Times is charged by area: a per-sq.cm rate for each city edition, multiplied by the width and height you book. The rate changes by supplement — the main newspaper commands the highest rate, with specialised pullouts priced for their audience.
Full colour carries a premium over black & white; switch the toggle above to compare. Premium positions — front page, back page, page 3, jackets — carry an additional loading quoted at booking.

Pick your supplement, choose colour or B&W, and the per-sq.cm rate for every city appears instantly. The Quarter and Half page columns are indicative totals for the standard 25×16.5 cm and 50×16.5 cm sizes; the calculator lets you price any custom size.
All rates are exclusive of 5% GST. Design is included free, and after it publishes you can view your ad in the Hindustan Times e-paper or buy a printed copy from a local newsstand.
